When I saw it my first thought was "Bloody Hell, this SO needs a Lestat version !"
So I drew one. xD
It's the first time I try this style of colouring (hope it doesn't look too bad ;A; )
The catchphrase comes from the conclusion of a conversation with a friend, when we saw a fanart of Prussia from APH all-sparkly in his ass : "Really awesome guys can sparkle whenever they want."
(WE FAIL AT LIFE. orz)
